April 10, 2019 –
To become a powerful, effective witness, you must spend time in prayer. Prayer keeps you in constant touch with God. You need not to worry regarding the time, place or position. Any time is proper, all places are approved, and your body will respond with the correct position.
It’s a wonderful assurance to know God stands ready to answer prayer even before you ask. Jesus promised, “And if you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.” (Mathew 21:22, HCSB). God said, “Even before they call, I will answer; while they are still speaking, I will hear.” (Isaiah 65:24, HCSB)
God acts when Christians pray. His invitation is, “Call to Me and I will answer you and tell you great and incomprehensible things you do not know.” (Jeremiah 33:3, HCSB)
It is our job to pray without ceasing. It’s unlikely that you can continually pray for one specific individual and not have a deep, abiding concern to see that individual saved. Right now pray for the specific lost person you named last week on your PRAYER CARE CARD©.

I HAVE AN ABIDING CONCERN FOR (Name of friend)
________________________________
Each morning upon rising and each night before going to bed, l will pray that _______________________________will be convicted of his/her sins and through the work of the Holy Spirit repent of those sins and accept Jesus Christ as his/her Savior and Lord.
I will do this faithfully for 30 days to show my abiding concern for, ________________________________
“Now this is the confidence we have before Him: Whenever we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears whatever we ask, we know that we have what we have asked Him for.” (1 John 5:14-15, HCSB)
