WHERE’S MY PHONE?

June 10, 2021 –

It seems to me it is time to rethink the question, where’s my phone?

For 2020, they estimate the number of smartphone users in the United States to reach 294.15 million. People estimate that over 5 billion people in the world own mobile devices. And most of us ask the same question, “Where’s my phone?”

There is a sad story in the third chapter of Genesis where Adam and Eve disobeyed God and ate of the tree of life and had their eyes “opened.”

“Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden at the time of the evening breeze, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden. So the Lord God called out to the man and said to him, “Where are you?” Genesis 3:8-9, HCSB)

One of the dumbest questions to ask is “where’s my phone” while God asks, “Where are you?”
